Samsung may be planning to release an affordable Galaxy Note 10 Lite

Samsung might release a 'Galaxy S10 Lite' with 45W fast charging and a Snapdragon 855

Some users were understandably not very excited about the Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10 Plus partially because of the high price and partially because the Note 10-series was playing catchup with innovation.

Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Lite is expected to be a spiritual successor to the Galaxy Note 3 Neo, which the company launched in 2014 as an affordable alternative to the flagship Galaxy Note 3.

But, since it will be launched under the Galaxy Note umbrella, it will come with support for the S Pen support that is said to come with an inbuilt Bluetooth. As reported by Sammobile, the firm has zeroed-down on the name of the device - Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Lite. The Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite is said to carry the model number SM-G770F. It then doubled down on this claim on Friday morning, revealing that sources have suggested the phone will be called the Galaxy Note 10 Lite. Also, the new version would come out with nearly the same specs as the other Note 10 smartphones. The website has also verified production of a Galaxy S10 Lite, making it the fourth variant in its lineup, joining the S10, S10 Plus, S10e. The hardware is reportedly identical to that of the still-unreleased Galaxy A91, which is equipped with a Snapdragon 855 processor, 8GB RAM, 128GB of storage, a 6.7-inch screen, 45W fast charging, and Android 10. The Note 10 is already seen as a heavy cutdown version of the Note 10 Plus.

This was the first year Samsung launched two Note line models. However, we don't know that for sure, but judging on the previous releases, it might happen.
