Famed Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo has sent out an analyst note in which he claims that the iPhone SE2 will arrive in early 2020, featuring the latest A13 Bionic chipset, and 3GB LPDDR4x RAM in a form-factor similar to the iPhone 8.
It seems fair to not call the new device iPhone 11s due to a major design change. Apple launched the iPhone SE for $399 for the 32GB variant. The elusive iPhone SE successor has been rumoured and reported for years.
The Q1 time frame lines up with a previous report from Nikkei, which said Apple is set to launch a 4.7-inch iPhone in spring of 2020, calling it a "spiritual iPhone SE successor". It's the same processor that powers Apple iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max.
Apple has posted notice of a new fix program to address an issue that prevents some iPhone 6S and 6S Plus phones from turning on. These new renders have sold at least one sceptical Ausdroider on the Pixel 4 already - who says you need to have a super shiny weird looking fingerprint magnet colour for a phone to look attractive?
The boost would add 7 million to 8 million units to what the Cupertino, Calif. -based company had initially planned on, the Nikkei cited anonymous sources as saying. "We believe that iPhone SE2 will meet more users' demand and increase iPhone's market share because of the more affordable price".
