England are expected to maintain their flawless start to Euro 2020 qualifying when they face Kosovo, the world's 120th-ranked team, at St Mary's on Tuesday. Their opponents for tonight Kosovo have surprised everyone by clinging onto the second qualifying spot.

Gareth Southgate's side thrashed Bulgaria 4-0 on Saturday to continue a fine run of form but Kosovo head to Hampshire with their tails up following their own impressive results.

Sterling then created England's second, brilliantly turning into space on halfway and feeding Kane for a powerful finish through the legs of Kosovo goalkeeper Arijanet Muric.

Southgate will also bring in Borussia Dortmund's Jadon Sancho for his third competitive senior start.

"Very often it's easy to work with the team and find what they can't do well and, whenever we're judging games, all of us look at what hasn't gone well".

"Before the game, my coaches were sitting down to watch the game and I said, "I'm expecting you to come and tell me Kosovo win", because I've watched all of the matches, every game, and the level of performance has been consistent".

It should be more of the same when Kosovo visit Southampton on Tuesday although one of UEFA's youngest members are England's closest challengers with eight points from four games after a shock defeat of Czech Republic.

Going forward, England skipper Harry Kane partners Raheem Sterling and Marcus Rashford in leading the home side's attack. On current form, few players in the world are as risky as the City star, who it is easy to forget is only 24 years old. With John Stones expected to be fit for England's next fixtures Keane will likely drop out of the team, partly due to his latest mistake.

Kane has now scored six goals in qualifying - not to mention the fact he has now scored 19 goals for England whilst wearing the captain's armband.

- Kosovo became the first team to score three away goals in a competitive global against England since Croatia in November 2007.

The 21-year-old has scored seven goals in 33 caps for England to date.
