Two days later, Holder was arrested in Bellflower, a city in southeast Los Angeles County, after a tipster told police they saw a man who matched Holder's description. He expected to appear in court later today to enter a plea to the judge.

Deputy District Attorney John McKinney argued that identity will not be an issue in the case, and said that Holder's photo had already been widely spread during the hunt for him.

Hussle, 33, was engaged to actress Lauren London, with whom he had a 2-year-old son. Not only was Nipsey a Grammy-Nominated rap star, but he was also a philanthropist and business owner who dedicated his life to rebuilding his community.

According to the United States Senate website, the Congressional Record "is a substantially verbatim account of the remarks made by senators and representatives while they are on the floor of the Senate and the House Of Representatives".

In an interview with ABC news, Hussle's brother, Samiel Asghedom, said the rapper was a role model for his his community.

"He was a manifestation, from my perspective, of the American dream, even the California dream", said Sen.

It was Sunday afternoon - hours before hundreds of mourners would descend on South Los Angeles to remember a man known as much for his boastful music as for his humble contributions to his community. Congressmember Karen Bass revealed that she'll be entering the late rapper's contributions to his community in the Congressional Records. Police described a dispute between Holder and Hussle as being of a "personal nature".
