Luke Perry Suffers Stroke — Report

The "Riverdale" and "Beverly Hills, 90210" star was rushed to the hospital around 9:40 a.m. PST, according to TMZ.

Doherty, 47, shared a cute snap from the series of Perry hugging her from behind.

No reason for the hospitalization or any details on his condition were given.

He was a central component of the show, playing bad boy Dylan McKay for ten seasons of teen angst in the 1990s and early 2000s. Holding you tight and giving you my strength.

Paramedics arrived at Perry's residence after the Los Angeles Fire Department reportedly received a call about a stroke victim in the area.

In 2015, Perry spoke out to urge his fans to test for colon cancer after a colonoscopy revealed that he had precancerous growths.

He now plays the role of Archie Andrews' dad Fred Andrews in Riverdale, and has recently been filming scenes for the new series.
