After so much controversy shrouded Travis Scott's decision to appear alongside Maroon 5 and Big Boi during the Super Bowl halftime show, much anticipation was set on seeing just what La Flame would contribute to the iconic stage.
Travis Scott, Big Boi, an incredible gospel choir, and SpongeBob Squarepants all stepped up to help Maroon 5 carry a loaded Super Bowl halftime show on Sunday. At least Levine and Big Boi looked like they had met prior to the game's coin toss.
While the New England Patriots may have taken home the victory from the 2019 Super Bowl, Twitter emerged as the real victor of Super Bowl Sunday, thanks to the field day they had with this year's halftime show. The show's line up was affected by the national debate sparked by former NFL quarterback Colin Kapernick kneeling in protest of police brutality and racial injustice in 2016.

And while Big Boi made a splash during the show, escorted onto the field in a vehicle and wearing an enormous fur coat while rapping "The Way You Move", an Outkast reunion was not meant to be: Andre 3000 was nowhere to be found.
