Everton among several clubs interested in signing Chelsea's Michy Batshuayi

Michy Batshuayi is heading back to Chelsea

Everton have entered the race to sign Chelsea striker Michy Batshuayi after the player's loan deal with Valencia was terminated.

Alemany's assessment heavily implies that Batshuayi will be moving to a different club on loan rather than returning to Chelsea.

However, they are among those interested in a permanent transfer as Batshuayi looks for his next home, having spent most of his stint at Chelsea away at other clubs, including Borussia Dortmund.

'We are expecting an exit in the next few hours or days'.

The Belgium global struggled for playing time at Los Che scoring just three times in 23 appearances.

But Chelsea should scrap any plans to offload the Belgium worldwide and give him an unexcited opportunity with them for the second half of the season. We hope that, for his sake, this can be resolved as soon as possible.

Michy Batshuayi has scored only three goals in 23 appearances for Valencia in all competitions this season. He is leaving now and it is now a matter of negotiation.

Alexander Sorloth recently completed a loan move to Belgian side KAA Gent, whilst Christian Benteke has missed the last four months as a result of a knee injury, leaving the club with just on-loan forward Jordan Ayew as their sole fit striker.

Everton had been considering a bid of up £18 million ($23m) for Batshuayi given they are unable to sign him on loan.

Chelsea have been linked with a move for Argentina striker Gonzalo Higuain, who thrived under Sarri at Napoli.

Meanwhile, Cesc Fabregas' anticipated move to Monaco is still to be completed, with Chelsea seeking a replacement.
