He also references the "Cruz is the Zodiac Killer" joke by saying that Cruz's stance on repealing Obamacare would kill way more people than the Zodiac ever did.
Before getting to the Cruz segment of the video, Triumph starts off gently poking fun at Beto O'Rourke and his supporters. Without giving them all away, here are the seven sickest burns Triumph lands on Ted Cruz.

After interviewing some voters, Triumph found Beto, asking if it concerns him if half his base thinks they can vote for him through Instagram, and if he's anxious about Texas voting machines.
"I am so proud each and every day to stand up and fight for you and defend you", Cruz said.
When it comes time to interview the man himself, Triumph/Smigel can't resist flinging a few zingers O'Rourke's way. "Besides the ability to regenerate his tail!" He insists he won't run for any office higher than Senate, but that's done little to quash speculation that he could challenge Trump for the presidency in two years.
The singer joins a number of other celebrities - including fellow Houston native Travis Scott - who have voiced support for the candidate. "I'm not 'overwhelming scientific evidence of global warming'".
"I support spaying and neutering, just like Trump did to you", the puppet shot back. "Is that in the GOP health-care plan?" Triumph jokingly suggests that voters of color should "act more white" by dropping The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel into conversation, and mentioning Ed Sheeran as much as possible.
The best moment of all arguably comes near the end with a final exchange between Cruz and Triumph.
