Metta World Peace believes Houston Rockets star James Harden is the obvious candidate for the NBA's MVP

James Harden was literally speechless when he was named the NBA's most valuable player on Monday night: he did not have a script on hand. Harden is the third player in Rockets history to win the award, and he is the first since Hakeem Olajuwon won in 1994. Although they aired well after the National Basketball Association finals this year - blame the Golden State Warriors for beating the Cleveland Cavaliers so swiftly - the actual voting takes place before the postseason even begins.
