Sytch is now in police custody in New Jersey for unrelated charges, including being a fugitive of justice from her prior convictions for DUIs.

According TMZ Sports, jail records showed that Sytch is now locked up in New Jersey on contempt of court and fugitive from justice charges. She still remains in custody of the Monmouth County Sheriff's Office today and charges include warrants from Aberdeen Township for Failure To Appear In Court with a bondable amount of $5,000 as well as a charge in Knowlton Township (NJ) for another failure to appear with a bondable amount of $1000.

She was fined $1,496.45 as part of an agreement made with prosecutors that led to them dropping the most severe charge of receiving stolen property.

As noted, Tammy Sytch, also known as former WWE star Sunny, is once again behind bars, with cops saying she was a "fugitive from justice". She served 114 days in jail and was released in May 2013. In 2011 she was enshrined in the WWE Hall of Fame. On August 18, 2016, a judge sentenced her to 90 days in jail but counted her 97 days in rehab as jail credit. Her bond is reportedly $6,000.

An employee of the Monmouth County Correctional Facility and stated that Sytch was being held due to being a fugitive in Pennsylvania for an undisclosed incident. She was arrested in 2012 for disorderly conduct. Sytch has a long history of legal and substance abuse issues.

Working for WWE as a presenter and manager, she has since gone on to forge a successful career in the porn industry.
