Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said in mid-November that he believes the women accusing Moore, and that the candidate should step down and let another Republican enter the race.
Moore has been accused by several women of sexual misconduct when they were in their teens and Moore, now 70, was in his thirties.
The National Republican Senatorial Committee cut ties with the Moore campaign soon after the report was published and the Republican National Committee pulled its financial support in mid-November, but the RNC has changed its position after Trump delivered a full endorsement on Twitter Monday morning. One of the accusers says the Republican fully-endorsed by the president molested her when she was 14 and he was in his 30s.
But yesterday, the president tweeted: 'We need Republican Roy Moore to win in Alabama.
Harlow responded in stride, thanking Porter for the well wishes, but quickly steering the conversation away from her child: "Janet, thank you for being with us, and I appreciate the congratulations on our son on the way". We need his vote on stopping crime, illegal immigration, Border Wall, Military, Pro Life, V.A., Judges 2nd Amendment and more'.
But on Monday, Trump gave his unequivocal support for Moore, who is running against Democrat Doug Jones. "No to Jones, a Pelosi/Schumer Puppet!" Look at your 401-k's since Election. "Jobs are roaring back!"
"That's the reason why I came down as a volunteer to speak for Judge Roy Moore because he'll stand for the rights of babies like yours in the womb where his opponent will support killing them up until the moment of birth". According to the RealClearPolitics average of polls, Moore has a slim lead over Jones in the Senate race.
