If you haven't, better be late than never.
Social media has seen so many types of challenges and now an 'Invisible Box Challenge, ' is taking over. The cheer leader stepped on an "invisible box" and hopped over it.
It's a challenge people seem determined to nail down, as the Internet shows.
The trick, which is performed by jumping with one foot while keeping the other still to replicate a "stepping" action, has gained mass online popularity.
Olivar's incredible performance immediately went viral, inspiring scores of social media users to attempt the challenge. (The girl in the video above).
She's not the first athlete to show off the trick, though. "While one user wrote, I've watched this about 20 times in a row and I still don't understand?? like, how??" another wrote, "I've been watching for at least 3 minutes straight which is similar to "All day" in our ADD society".
Olivar said to the Houston Chronicle: "The video was my third time trying it". Other challenges include the planking challenge where participants must lie face down in odd locations, the cinnamon challenge where participants eat a spoonful of ground cinnamon in under 60 seconds without drinking anything or the mannequin challenge where people remained frozen like mannequins while a song plays in the background. It's hard to explain, I just keep the leg in the same exact spot, ' she tells Chron.
So, anyone of you gonna attempt this challenge? Here's how it works: You bend over to pat an invisible box, pretend to step on said box, and hop over it with your other leg. Sounds simple enough, right?
