"We have a Bolivian folk dancer group, a pit bull rescue organization, the Grinch, Lightning McQueen and, of course, Santa will be featured in a firetruck at the finale of the parade", said Lindsay Leach, special events coordinator for Spotsylvania County Parks and Recreation. - Returning for its second year, the parade will start at Knights of Columbus off Brambleton Avenue.
