Will and Jada Pinkett-Smith gave the controversial crooner a whopping $5 million to help cover the legal fees in his court case, legal fees he claimed were bleeding him dry.

On Sunday, November 5th, Gibson took to Instagram to thank his friends for helping him out.

For the past few months Tyrese has been very open about the nasty legal battle his is now in with his ex-wife Norma Gibson over their daughter Shayla Gibson. He wrote a kind message which said, "when we show up for each other there's nothing that can't be done I repeat nothing". And I'm saying again if you guys are out there in the Atlanta area please vote for @keishabottoms someone my daughter looks up to a LOT!

In a now deleted Instagram post, Ty let the world know that The Smiths' called and offered him $5 million to pay his legal fees under one condition: he keeps his business off of the internet. The Gibson's Uncle Will you're an uncle for real....

Norma Gibson alleged that Tyrese Gibson hit their daughter "between 12 and 16 times" in August, and she was granted temporary legal and physical custody. News, "Will and Tyrese are extremely close friends". "I just [know] how it feels, to feel like a piece of you is missing".

Tyrese's good fortune comes as the Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services closed its child abuse investigation against the singer. Tyrese also thanked his current wife, Samantha Lee Gibson, for her unwavering support.

A boy by the Insta name Kingnahh defended Tyrese against social media's skeptical response to his tearful breakdown selfie video over being bled dry - financially and emotionally - by the custody battle.
