These pop up shops will also help the interested customers to know more about the various services that Amazon offers and the memberships that are available on Amazon Prime.

Having acquired Whole Foods in a deal worth $13.7bn, announced back in June, Amazon will now take advantage of the brand's numerous stores across the USA throughout the holiday season by rolling out seasonal pop-up shops.

You may see more of Amazon inside Whole Foods soon: The online retailer, which has been already been selling its voice-activated Echos at Whole Foods, will start to sell Kindles, Fire tablets and other Amazon devices at its grocery stores. Whole Foods Stores will have branded counters from Amazon, staffed by Amazon's employees.

The e-commerce giant acquired Whole Foods for $13.7 billion in August.

Amazon also used the release to tout some of its Black Friday week deals, which include significant discounts on many of its devices: Both the new Echo speaker and the smaller Echo Dot will sell for $20 less.

Whole Foods and Amazon said they planned to promote several of the devices at $20 to $30 off, starting Thanksgiving week. The ones in Davie, Florida and Pasadena, California will go up on November 14th, while the one in Denver, Colorado's new Union Station store will open on November 15th.
