Police in Las Vegas say they are looking for an armed suspect who fled from the Bellagio casino-resort after he demanded money from a cashier area.

A man was in the silver Chevy sedan (Nevada plates 37D147) during the robbery, but Capt. Pelletier told the press that it is believed that the man was being held against his will and was not an accomplice. Nobody even realized it was happening. The unidentified man was able to leave the auto before the suspect drove away and is safe.

"We are working with Metro as they investigate this incident", MGM Resorts International, which owns the Bellagio, said on Twitter.

But that person was said to not have cooperated with the suspect and helped police instead. "Excellent staff, cool under pressure", he added. Pelletier said that there was video of the crime and that police were confident the robber would be caught.
