Yu Yureka 2 gets a 5.5-inch Full HD display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels.
Micromax's subsidiary Yureka on Thursday (14 September) announced the launch of its new smartphone in the budget segment- Yureka 2 in India. The mobile comes with a 3930 mAh Li-ion sealed battery with Qualcomm Quick charge 3.0 technology. Also keeping with current trends, the Yureka 2 comes with a sleek full metal unibody construction as well. The phone also has 4GB RAM and 64 GB of storage. The phone has been priced at INR 11,999 and will be sold exclusively via Flipkart. The company did not reveal any plans about releasing the Android 7.1 Nougat update for the Yureka 2, but it might happen by the end of this year. For selfie lovers, the smartphone packs a decent 8MP camera. Yureka Black runs Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow.
On the camera front, the smartphone sports a 16-megapixel rear camera with night mode, beauty mode, multi-shots, and auto focus. In terms of connectivity, the device offers dual SIM card slot with 4G LTE and VoLte capability. The back, on the other hand, houses a fingerprint sensor and a rear camera.
The Yu Yureka 2 will be available from September 20 and be one of the highlighted devices of Flipkart's Big Billion Day Sale that will last till September 24, so do look out for some exciting offers to go with the phone as well.
