"I feel you're testing my memory about irrelevant things", she said. It is humiliatingly easy to retell a sexual aggression as a romantic flirtation, and the defense has repeatedly framed Cosby's actions with that very word-romantic.

"I was mistaken", she said, unflustered.

At one point, Gianna Constand turned and stared at Cosby, who was leaning back in his chair, with his eyes closed.

In January 2005, Andrea broke her silence, calling her mother as she was driving to work to tell her that Cosby had allegedly drugged and assaulted her, according to Gianna Constand.

The 79-year-old Cosby answered questions for four days about Constand and other accusers in the deposition he gave in her 2005 lawsuit. "I can't remember a time when I got him on the phone, but it might have been possible". Constand kept clarifying that, in her view, it was "suggestive contact". She declined and said she just wanted an apology. "I have zero tolerance for any game playing".

Constand told jurors she had only spoken with Cosby a handful of times, all related to her administrative job with the women's basketball program at Temple. He noticeably shook his head when Constand described the alleged sexual assault in detail, claiming that Cosby undid her trousers, put his finger in her vagina, and placed her hand on his penis as she was under the influence of drugs and alcohol he provided.

"I was trying to get my hands to move, my legs to move, but I was frozen", Constand said.

Constand recorded a subsequent conversation with Cosby that was played for the jury.

Agrusa also recounted the details of the first dinner at his home some time before the night Constand alleges he attacked her. Cosby even said he gave her an orgasm, Gianna Constand told the jury.

She accused the actor of having tried to "manipulate" her and offering to pay for Andrea to go to therapy.

Constand's initial statement to Canadian police on January 13 alleged that the assault at Cosby's home happened after they had gone to dinner on March 16 with representatives of Philadelphia's Central High School.

Constand admitted that she called Cosby twice on Valentine's Day, a month after the alleged incident.

The woman who accused Bill Cosby of drugging and violating her more than a decade ago stood by her story on the third day of his trial for aggravated indecent assault Wednesday, withstanding hours of often ponderous cross-examination that didn't produce the stumbles for which the TV star might have hoped.

During several hours of questioning by the lawyers of I Spy star, the former employee of Temple University calmly and confidently replied to all the questions raised against her. If anything, it appears that she maintained a semblance of friendship with him post-assault because she didn't want to start a conflict between Temple University and one of its trustees.

The Canadian-born Constand says the pioneering black comedian, whom she considered a mentor, gave her three pills and wine before sexually assaulting her at his Philadelphia mansion after she sought his career advice. The woman claimed she became incapacitated and could not fight off the sexual assault that followed.

During one exchange, Agrusa suggested that Constand once enjoyed a romantic dinner at Cosby's home before the alleged assault.

But Assistant District Attorney Kristen Feden suggested Andrea Constand's statements to investigators regarding the alleged incident were consistent.

Cosby lawyers say Constand called Cosby 53 times after the alleged assault.

Bill Cosby arrived for the third day of his sexual assault trial accompanied by one of his co-stars from his 1970s movie run.

The newspaper does not normally identify victims of sex crimes without their consent but is using Constand's name because she has identified herself publicly.
