Pro-Lifers Will Protest Planned Parenthood in 45 States Saturday

The occasional passerby honked in support, although one fellow in a blue vehicle yelled out, "Keep it at your church". Protestors' signs on Saturday said it lies.

"I feel like everyone should have equal access to rights, and I feel like ever since Trump came into power, I've felt more under attack than my entire 24 years", Planned Parenthood supporter Devyn Crane said.

President Donald Trump last month banned federal funding to global groups that perform abortions or provide information about abortions.

Together with protesters in other cities across the USA, they gathered to demand the organization be stripped of its federal funding.

Protest Planned Parenthood organizers expected public demonstrations at up to 225 clinics nationwide, prompting supporters to quickly organize at least 150 counter-demonstrations, Reuters reported. "This is not a political issue; this is a moral issue". I think that Planned Parenthood, from what I've been reading, is one of the primary providers of abortion.

Panique, now 57, said she was spurred into action by the recent election.

For 21-year-old Anika Meldrum, she said the protest wasn't about abortion, rather she was protesting to see money go towards healthcare for all.

"Choose life. I guess that says it all". "It's our duty now".
