Arsene Wenger has revealed that Alex Iwobi was bitterly disappointed by his performance in Arsenal's 2-2 draw with PSG.

LONDON, ENGLAND - NOVEMBER 23: Lucas of PSG scores his sides second goal during the UEFA Champions League match between Arsenal FC and Paris Saint-Germain at Emirates Stadium on November 23, 2016 in London, England. I don't know, and we'd have to wait for the draw.

"I have to be careful about not saying we are having a stutter [in November] or it comes back to me".

"Well, I think we have put the intensity into the game and overall I believe that we were committed, for periods dominant".

Keane went on to offer up grudging praise for Wenger's side, who are not 18 games unbeaten in all competitions, as he suggested Arsenal lacked character to finish off the job after moving into a 2-1 lead against their French visitors. It makes you scratch your head sometimes when you look at them and you ask; what are you waiting for?

Arsène Wenger (Arsenal coach): "I think that we brought some real intensity to this match".

The result saw the Gunners miss the opportunity to claim the victory that would have seen them go through as group winners, however, Wenger said his side have "no reason to panic".

Giroud had a shot deflected clear as Arsenal looked to present more of an attacking threat but it was an unfortunate own goal which put them ahead.

Arsenal return to Premier League action against Bournemouth on Sunday.

"At the moment we are second but its not over", Wenger said.

"My concern is that we were 2-1 up and allowed them to come back at us".

Recent seasons suggest that finishing second generally doesn't result in a final, with 21 of 26 finalists since 2003/04 topping their group. "If you finish first you play the second game at home, but you look at the groups and it's hard to tell what is better".

The Gunners managed to overturn a 1-0 deficit and jumped to a 2-1 lead in the second half. We have 90 percent chance to finish second, and we wanted to finish first. "It's frustrating because we scored an own-goal basically, on a ball where before it was a goal-kick". But we played against a good team tonight as well.

"We were a bit passive on the corner, but it's a 2-2".
